(R)-Idelalisib is obtained from 2-Fluoro-6-nitro-benzoic Acid (385-02-4) which can be used as reagent/reactant in enantioselective preparation of cyclic N-aryl hydroxamic acids via phase-transfer catalyzed alkylation of nitrobenzyl bromides to give nirophenylalanines then reductive cyclization.
