Chloro (R)-Phosphoryl Sofosbuvir can be used to synthesize nucleoside phosphoramidate compounds and 2'-chloro nucleotide analogs that are potential treatment of hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection. Chloro (R)-Phosphoryl Sofosbuvir is also a phosphorus epimer of Chloro Sofosbuvir (C382095) and a related compound of Sofosbuvir (P839640).
