In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing human PGRMC1 a band of approximately 26 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. The endogenous 20 kDa protein is observed in both. Recommended concentration: 0.03-0.1 ug/mL.
This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.
